Support for Daily Living

ACA Providers (Companions) are specifically trained to provide person-centered supports for individuals with brain injury, memory deficits, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities based on the individual’s needs and desires.

Skilled Providers can assist with shopping, errands, banking, reminders for medication, cleaning and cooking tasks.

Assistance with tasks can help keep members of our Louisville community in their homes and independent.

Serving, but not limited to participants of the ABI, ABLT, MPW and SCL waivers, as well as private pay.
