About Access Community Assistance
Our Mission
To provide persons living with brain injury, memory deficits, intellectual, and/or developmental disabilities individualized assistance in managing their daily needs to live the lives they want in the Louisville community, in their work, and play.
Access Community Assistance is led by individuals with extensive expertise and experience helping individuals with brain injury with community based rehabilitation and developing long term supports.
